Loose Items! Loose Skills! And get ban -.-

After this fucking offline time i loose 16 sword and 18 shield! i loose all items from my har and from house! WTF?! When i tell this to gm he get banned me. I think this server sux bec gm's can't help players. They are ignoring averyone and they want just money. That's not fair.... I payed money and i can't get them back... Fuck this...
